EASY Blueberry Muffin in a Mug

I always see posts of different things you can make in a mug and so I decided I should give it a go myself using simple ingredients that you are bound to find in your cupboards and if you don't have the ingredients- simply substitute it for whatever you have!

I make these little blueberry muffins in a mug as a treat from time to time. But, I end up making them at least twice a week- they're that good!

You could make this for your breakfast, for your lunch or your dessert! They take about four minutes to make, including preparation, so it's not time consuming at all.

You know you want to give it a go...

INGREDIENTS

4 TBSP Self Raising Flour
2 TBSP Sugar
A pinch of Baking Powder
3 TBSP Milk
1 TBSP Oil
Blueberries - it's up to you how many you put in

METHOD

Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, milk and oil into a mug and then mix together with a fork until there are no lumps.

Then, add in however many blueberries you would like to the mixture and mix in lightly to the mixture.

Just pop the mug into the microwave for about 1 minute 10 and you're good to go!

Told you it was easy, eh?
